Heartandhoneybox.com has a clear Return Policy. Due to the nature of the items, they are unable to offer refunds and/or exchanges. However, if any items happen to be damaged during shipping, customers are advised to contact them immediately.
As for the Shipping Policy, the subscription box will be shipped out via USPS Priority, USPS Ground or UPS Ground the first week of each month. Customers will receive a confirmation email informing them that their box is on its way. If they live in the continental US, they should then receive their box an estimated 2-3 business days after it has shipped. One-time boxes are shipped within 2 business days unless otherwise noted in the product description.
Please note that all subscription payments are final. If a customer cancels their subscription after renewal, they will still receive the boxes they have paid for. They are able to opt-out of auto-renewal within their Account Settings.

However, if any items happen to be damaged during shipping, customers are advised to contact the company immediately. Renewals occur on the 15th of the month (based on eastern standard time). Month-to-month subscriptions will renew on a monthly basis, and 3, 6, and 12 month subscriptions will renew in the correlating time frame. All subscription payments are final. If a subscription is cancelled after renewal, customers will still receive the boxes they have paid for. Customers are able to opt-out of auto-renewal within their Account Settings. Payment options include Meta Pay, Venmo, Debit & Prepaid Card, and PayPal.
